He graduated with honours from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a degree in Economics and Business in 1995.
He is a chartered Accountant in Milan and a Chartered Auditor.
He provides expert advice on tax and corporate matters and handles company valuations and extraordinary transactions for corporations, national and multinational corporate groups.
Giuseppe Lucarella

He graduated from Università degli Studi in Pavia with a degree in Economics and Business in 1990.
He was admitted to the Chartered Accountants and Chartered Bookkeepers Association in 1994 as well as to the Auditors Register and to the Board of Technical Advisors of the Court of Milan.
He has solid and extensive experience in the following areas of activity:
- drafting of statutory financial statements, auditing and certification of financial statements;
- tax, corporate and management consulting to SMEs and innovative start-ups, and spin-off companies of the Politecnico University of Milan;
- due diligence, financial and balance sheet analysis;
- extraordinary company transactions and development of company business plans;
- drafting of appraisals pursuant to Article 2343, economic evaluations of companies and company shares;
- holding office as statutory auditor and auditor;
- offering expert advice in connection with the exam and implementation of reporting and management control systems.

Labour Law Consultant
She obtained an Accountant and Business Expert Diploma in 1993.
She was admitted to the Register of Labour Law Consultants in Milan on 17/4/2007.
She provides assistance with matters related to personnel management, remuneration policies, and the definition and evolution of employment relations.
Gabriele Lamanuzzi

He graduated with honours in Business Administration from the L. Bocconi University of Milan. He was admitted to the Chartered Accountants and Chartered Bookkeepers Association of Alessandria in 1996 after gaining managerial experience in multinational companies. He is a member of the Board of Technical Advisors of the Court of Alessandria and he has been appointed also in proceedings heard at the Courts of Milan, Como and Venice. He is a representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and Mexico.
He has extensive experienced in the following areas:
- Extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganisation;
- Tax, administrative, corporate consultancy and tax litigation;

Antonella Tarsia Morisco
Chartered Accountant – Auditor
She graduated from Università degli Studi in Bari with a degree in Economics and Business in 1997.
She was admitted to the Auditors Register in February 1998.
She was admitted to Chartered Accountants Association of Milan in 2004.
She joined OnePartner in September 2020.
She has gained significant experience in corporate law and her main focus is on ordinary and extraordinary taxation matters as applied to national entities.

He holds positions as director, statutory auditor, and auditor in companies operating in various sectors.
He has gained experience in corporate, tax, and administrative consulting, extraordinary transactions and business valuations, corporate control bodies, as well as economic and financial planning, appropriate organizational structures, and assistance to companies in crisis situations.

Graduated with honors in Business Economics from the University of Pisa, Juris Scientiae Magister (JSM) cum laude in International Taxation & Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA (USA), Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK), Member of the Italian Association for Financial Analysis (AIAF), Professional Financial Advisor COFIP (CFP), Certificate in Corporate Finance, CISI/ICAEW (UK) – ACSI.
He has gained many years of experience working for leading medium and large accounting firms (including one of the Big Four), a medium-sized law and tax firm, and also in the finance and tax department of a multinational automotive company.
He has been working with OnePartner since July 2024.
He deals with tax compliance and economic and legal consulting in the corporate, commercial, and tax fields, aimed at implementing appropriate corporate, asset, and family structures.
His areas of expertise include international taxation and corporate finance.

He graduated with honours from Università degli Studi di Milano – Bicocca in 2010 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2013.
He joined OnePartner in 2018.
Over the years, he has gained significant experience in civil and commercial litigation.

Antonio Salvia

He assists national and international clients in litigation, both in judicial and arbitral proceedings, relating to commercial, corporate and bankruptcy law matters.
He has gained significant experience as an advisor to debtors or investors in corporate crisis management transactions.
With reference to extrajudicial matters, he regularly provides advice in corporate matters and corporate secretarial services, as well as assistance to small and medium-sized companies and investors for extraordinary corporate transactions.
Fabrizio Rosso

A graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, he has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2016 and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and Full Member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
He has been working with OnePartner since 2025.
He has gained significant experience in extraordinary transactions (acquisition and disposal of shareholdings and companies, mergers, demergers, and transformations) and in the establishment and reorganization of corporate groups, with a focus on corporate governance and shareholder relations.
He assists entrepreneurs and families in asset and succession planning, with particular attention to generational transitions and the identification of tools, including corporate ones, for the protection, administration, and transfer of assets, in coordination with tax, fiduciary, and financial advisors.
He has worked in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of a leading independent Italian asset management group, gaining experience in corporate secretarial activities. He is the author of publications on corporate matters.
