OnePartner celebrates with Guglielmo the birth of a new company, Kymata, engaged in the production and marketing of Wi-Fi systems for the industrial and logistic sector.

OnePartner provided assistance and advice at every stage of the operation: from assessment of the feasibility at financial, accounting and equity levels to the incorporation of the new company and the subsequent acquisition of the Emisfera Sistemi business in Reggio Emilia, following the closing of a business lease agreement concerning the same firm.
